The rapid integration of digital learning tools into higher education has transformed pedagogical practices and student engagement, yet the extent of their impact on business students’ academic performance remains underexplored within the context of UrbanTech University. This study seeks to evaluate how digital learning interventions, such as simulation software, online collaboration platforms, and mobile learning applications, influence the academic outcomes and overall performance of business students. The primary aim is to assess the relationship between digital tool utilization and student achievement, guided by the specific objectives of examining usage patterns, evaluating performance metrics, and identifying challenges faced during implementation. A mixed-methods research design was adopted to provide comprehensive insights into the phenomenon. The findings are expected to inform university policymakers, educators, and technology developers aiming to optimize digital learning strategies within business faculties. In conclusion, the research is projected to affirm that digital learning tools substantially affect student performance, emphasizing the necessity for targeted interventions to overcome adoption barriers. Recommendations include investing in digital literacy training, improving technological infrastructure, and fostering pedagogical skills aligned with digital innovations. It is further recommended that future research examine longitudinal effects and explore digital tool impacts on other dimensions such as soft skills development and employability. Overall, this study underscores the critical role of effective digital pedagogies in advancing business education and shaping sustainable academic success at UrbanTech University.
