The treatment of cancer remains a significant challenge in modern medicine, with the need for more effective and targeted therapies becoming increasingly apparent. This thesis focuses on the formulation and evaluation of novel drug delivery systems specifically designed for targeted cancer therapy. The aim of this research is to develop innovative drug delivery strategies that can enhance the efficacy and reduce the side effects of anticancer drugs. Chapter one provides an introduction to the research topic, outlining the background of the study, the problem statement, research objectives, limitations, scope, significance of the study, structure of the thesis, and definitions of key terms. The literature review in chapter two explores ten key aspects related to drug delivery systems, cancer therapy, targeted drug delivery, nanotechnology, and other relevant topics.
