The study focuses on investigating the effectiveness of TOD strategies in enhancing urban mobility, reducing congestion, promoting economic development, and improving overall quality of life for residents. The research begins with a comprehensive review of relevant literature to establish a theoretical framework for understanding TOD principles, best practices, and challenges.
