This study examines the influence of digital tools on the efficiency of secretarial functions within corporate administration, addressing the growing reliance on technology to streamline administrative processes and enhance organizational productivity. Despite widespread adoption of digital platforms such as document management systems, calendar applications, and communication tools, little empirical evidence exists regarding their measurable impact on secretarial performance and organizational outcomes. The primary aim is to evaluate the extent to which digital tools contribute to improving efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness among secretarial staff in corporate settings, with specific objectives to identify key digital tools utilized, assess perceived improvements in efficiency, and explore associated challenges and barriers faced by secretaries in integrating technology into daily activities. The research adopts a descriptive correlational design, grounded within the Information Systems Success Model and the Theory of Technological Acceptance (TAM), to investigate relationships between digital tool usage and secretarial efficiency. The target population comprises secretarial staff and administrative officers in 50 medium to large corporations operating in the financial and manufacturing sectors within the metropolitan area. A stratified random sampling technique was employed to select a sample of 200 secretaries across these organizations to ensure representativeness and diversity. Data collection instruments include a structured questionnaire developed after a thorough review of existing measurement tools, incorporating Likert-scale items on digital tool utilization, perceived efficiency gains, and organizational support. It further recommends capacity-building initiatives, ongoing staff training, and organizational change management practices as vital measures to overcome implementation challenges. Ultimately, this study advocates for a holistic approach integrating technological, human, and organizational factors to optimize secretarial efficiency. Its findings aim to guide corporate management and secretarial professionals towards best practices in digital tool utilization, fostering agile, efficient, and technology-enabled administrative functions that align with contemporary business demands. Suggestions for future research include longitudinal studies to examine the long-term impact of digital transformation initiatives and qualitative explorations into secretarial perceptions and experiences with technological change in diverse organizational contexts.
