This thesis investigates the impact of digital assistants on secretarial work efficiency. The advent of digital technology has revolutionized the workplace, with digital assistants emerging as one of the key tools transforming traditional secretarial tasks. The study aims to explore how digital assistants influence the efficiency and effectiveness of secretarial work processes. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with secretarial professionals to gather comprehensive data on the subject. Chapter one provides an introduction to the research, outlining the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and key definitions. Chapter two presents a detailed literature review comprising ten key items that explore the existing knowledge and theories related to digital assistants in the context of secretarial work. Chapter three focuses on the research methodology, detailing the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, ethical considerations, and limitations of the study.
