Despite the increasing adoption of digital tools worldwide, GreenTech Pharmaceuticals continues to face challenges in optimizing secretarial practices, including inefficient document management, poor communication flow, and delayed decision-making processes. This study aims to enhance administrative efficiency through the integration of digital secretarial practices at GreenTech Pharmaceuticals, with specific objectives to evaluate current secretarial workflows, identify digital skills gaps, assess the impact of digital tools on secretarial productivity, and propose a comprehensive digital secretarial framework tailored to the organization’s needs.
