This study investigates the effect of digital tools—such as electronic communication platforms, scheduling software, document management systems, and instant messaging applications—on the performance, productivity, and overall effectiveness of secretaries within corporate settings. The primary aim is to determine the extent to which digital tools enhance secretarial efficiency and to identify the key factors mediating this relationship. The specific objectives include 1) assessing the current level of digital tool adoption among secretaries; 2) evaluating the relationship between digital tools usage and secretarial productivity; 3) exploring the challenges and barriers faced in digital tool integration; and 4) providing strategic recommendations for optimizing secretarial functions through digital technology.
