Despite the critical importance of digital literacy in enhancing administrative efficiency, there remains a research gap regarding the comparative effects of digital literacy on secretarial performance in these distinct yet interconnected industries. This study aims to analyze how varying levels of digital literacy influence the performance of executive secretaries in banking and healthcare environments, thereby providing targeted insights into sector-specific competencies and challenges. The specific objectives include (1) assessing the digital literacy levels among executive secretaries in both sectors; (2) examining the relationship between digital literacy and key performance indicators such as administrative efficiency, communication effectiveness, and technological adaptability; (3) identifying sector-specific differences in digital literacy impact; and (4) proposing strategic interventions to enhance digital competencies among secretarial staff. The study adopts a cross-sectional research design utilizing quantitative methods, grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Cognitive Load Theory, which suggest that digital literacy influences perceived ease of use and cognitive processing efficiency in task performance.
