This thesis investigates the impact of globalization on indigenous religious practices within a specific community. Indigenous religious practices, rooted in unique beliefs and rituals, face both challenges and opportunities as a result of this global phenomenon. This study focuses on a specific community to explore how globalization has affected their indigenous religious traditions. The research begins with an examination of the background of the study, highlighting the cultural significance of indigenous religious practices within the community. The problem statement identifies the key issues faced by these traditions in the face of globalization, such as cultural homogenization, loss of traditional knowledge, and the impact of external influences. The objectives of the study aim to analyze the changes in indigenous religious practices, understand the responses of the community to globalization, and explore strategies for preserving and revitalizing these traditions. The literature review delves into existing scholarship on globalization, indigenous religions, and cultural heritage preservation.
