This thesis explores the Application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Quantity Surveying for Cost Estimation and Project Management. The study begins by providing an introduction to BIM technology, its background in the construction industry, and the challenges faced by traditional Quantity Surveying methods. A comprehensive literature review is conducted to analyze the current state of BIM adoption in Quantity Surveying and to identify the key benefits and challenges associated with its implementation.
