This study aims to evaluate the impact of SRM practices on procurement efficiency within manufacturing organizations, with particular focus on how supplier collaboration, communication, and trust contribute to cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and quality enhancement. The specific objectives are to examine the extent to which different dimensions of SRM influence procurement efficiency, identify the key SRM practices adopted by manufacturing firms, and assess the mediating role of supplier performance in this relationship.
