In an increasingly complex and volatile global supply environment, organizations are confronted with heightened risks, disruptions, and uncertainties that threaten supply chain continuity and competitiveness. Effective supplier relationship management (SRM) has emerged as a critical strategy for enhancing supply chain resilience, yet empirical evidence on the specific mechanisms and extent of its impact remains limited. This study aims to investigate the influence of SRM practices on the resilience of supply chains within manufacturing firms, with a specific focus on operational agility, risk mitigation capabilities, and adaptive capacity. The research seeks to address three primary objectives first, to identify key SRM practices that contribute to supply chain resilience; second, to evaluate the strength and nature of the relationship between SRM and resilience dimensions; third, to develop a conceptual framework illustrating how SRM enhances supply chain resilience. The study adopts a mixed-methods research design, integrating quantitative and qualitative approaches to capture the depth and breadth of SRM's impact. Quantitatively, the research employs a cross-sectional survey targeting supply chain managers and procurement professionals within 150 manufacturing companies operating in the region. A structured questionnaire instrument, validated through pilot testing and expert review, measures variables including SRM practices, supply chain resilience indicators, and organizational contextual factors.
