The advent of e-government has revolutionized the way citizens interact with public administration, offering new opportunities for engagement and participation. This study explores the impact of e-government on citizen engagement in public administration, focusing on how digital platforms and technologies have influenced the relationship between governments and citizens. Through a comprehensive literature review, this research identifies key factors that influence citizen engagement in the context of e-government, including accessibility, transparency, accountability, and trust. The research methodology employed in this study includes a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather insights from both citizens and public officials. The data collected is analyzed using statistical methods and thematic analysis to uncover patterns and trends in citizen engagement practices in e-government initiatives.
