The rapid advancement of information and communication technologies has revolutionized the way governments interact with citizens and deliver public services. This study focuses on the implementation of e-Government services with the aim of enhancing public service delivery. The objective of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of e-Government initiatives in improving service quality, accessibility, and efficiency. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study explores the theoretical foundations and practical applications of e-Government services in the context of public administration. The research methodology employed in this study includes a mixed-method approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques. Surveys, interviews, and case studies will be utilized to gather insights from government officials, service users, and IT professionals involved in e-Government projects. The data analysis will be conducted using appropriate statistical tools and qualitative analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and best practices in e-Government implementation. In the findings chapter, the results of the research will be presented and discussed in detail. The analysis will highlight the benefits and challenges of e-Government implementation, as well as the key factors influencing its success.
