This thesis explores the implementation of e-government services as a means to improve citizen participation, transparency, and efficiency in public administration. The study delves into the background of e-government initiatives, the problem of limited citizen engagement, and the objectives of implementing e-government services in public administration. A comprehensive literature review in Chapter Two examines existing research on e-government services, citizen engagement, and public administration. The review identifies key factors that influence the successful implementation of e-government services and highlights best practices for enhancing citizen engagement through digital platforms. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology employed in this study, including the research design, data collection methods, and data analysis techniques. The chapter also discusses the research limitations and ethical considerations that guided the study. In Chapter Four, the findings of the research are presented and analyzed in detail.
