The implementation of E-Government services has become a critical aspect of modern governance, aiming to enhance citizen engagement and participation in decision-making processes. This thesis explores the impact of E-Government services on citizen engagement and participation, focusing on the opportunities and challenges faced by governments in adopting digital platforms to interact with citizens. The study investigates how E-Government services can facilitate greater transparency, accountability, and accessibility in public administration, ultimately leading to more informed and empowered citizens. The research methodology employed in this study includes a comprehensive literature review to examine existing theories, models, and case studies related to E-Government services and citizen engagement. Additionally, a mixed-method approach is used to collect data through surveys, interviews, and content analysis of government websites and social media platforms.
