In recent years, the advancement of technology has significantly transformed the way governments interact with their citizens. The implementation of E-Government initiatives has become a crucial component in enhancing citizen engagement in public administration. This research project delves into the impact of E-Government initiatives on citizen engagement within the realm of public administration. The study aims to explore how these initiatives influence the level of citizen participation, collaboration, and satisfaction with government services.
