Digital transformation is reshaping the way governments deliver services to citizens, promising enhanced efficiency, transparency, and accessibility. This thesis investigates the impact of digital transformation on government service delivery, with a specific focus on XYZ City as a case study. The study aims to explore how the adoption of digital technologies has influenced service delivery in the city, identify challenges faced, and assess the overall effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives. The research methodology employed in this study includes a comprehensive literature review to provide a theoretical foundation for understanding digital transformation in the public sector. Data collection techniques such as surveys, interviews, and document analysis are utilized to gather insights from government officials, employees, and citizens in XYZ City.
