Despite widespread adoption of digital platforms in government operations, empirical assessments of their actual impact on service efficiency remain limited within contexts characterized by diverse technological capacities and governance structures. This study aims to evaluate the influence of digital governance initiatives on the efficiency of public service delivery within metropolitan government agencies. Specifically, it seeks to examine the extent to which digital tools improve service accessibility, reduce processing times, and enhance citizen satisfaction, while identifying moderating factors such as organizational capacity and digital literacy.
