This thesis investigates the impact of E-Government services on citizen engagement and satisfaction within local government agencies. The proliferation of digital technologies has transformed the way governments interact with their citizens, offering new avenues for service delivery and communication. The study aims to explore how the implementation of E-Government services influences citizen engagement and satisfaction levels in the context of local government agencies. The research is guided by a comprehensive literature review that examines existing studies on E-Government, citizen engagement, and satisfaction. Drawing on theoretical frameworks from public administration and information technology, the study identifies key factors that may influence the effectiveness of E-Government services in enhancing citizen engagement and satisfaction. The methodology chapter outlines the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques employed in the study. A mixed-methods approach is utilized, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews to gather data from both citizens and government officials. The sample population includes residents in various localities served by the selected government agencies. Findings from the study reveal that the implementation of E-Government services has a positive impact on citizen engagement and satisfaction.
