This thesis aims to investigate the impact of e-government initiatives on citizen engagement and service delivery in local governments. The study will analyze the extent to which digital technologies and online platforms have transformed the way citizens interact with their local governments and access public services. By examining various e-government initiatives implemented in local government settings, this research seeks to provide insights into the benefits and challenges associated with digital transformation in the public sector. The literature review section of the thesis will explore existing research and scholarly works related to e-government, citizen engagement, and service delivery in the context of local governments.
