The research begins with an exploration of the theoretical foundations of digital transformation and its relevance to public service delivery. It examines the background of the study, highlighting the evolution of digital technologies in the public sector and the drivers behind the shift towards digital governance. The problem statement identifies the challenges and opportunities associated with digital transformation in public administration, setting the stage for the research objectives.
