This thesis examines the effectiveness of e-government services in enhancing citizen engagement and participation in public administration. The rapid advancement of information and communication technologies has transformed the way governments interact with their citizens, providing opportunities for more transparent and efficient service delivery. E-government services offer a platform for citizens to access government information, participate in decision-making processes, and engage with public officials. However, the extent to which these services contribute to enhancing citizen engagement and participation remains a subject of debate. The study begins with an exploration of the theoretical background of e-government services and their potential impact on citizen engagement. It highlights the importance of effective communication, accessibility, and usability of these services in promoting citizen involvement in public administration.
