Public-private partnerships (PPPs) have emerged as a popular mechanism for delivering public services efficiently and effectively. This thesis explores the effectiveness of PPPs in improving service delivery in local governments. The study aims to analyze the key factors that contribute to the success or failure of PPP projects, identify best practices, and provide recommendations for enhancing the outcomes of such partnerships. The research methodology involves a comprehensive literature review to establish the theoretical framework for understanding PPPs in the context of local government service delivery.
