Thesis Abstract

Abstract
Manpower training and development are crucial components in service organizations to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees. This research project aims to evaluate the impact of manpower training and development in service organizations. The study focuses on assessing how training programs contribute to employee growth, job satisfaction, and overall service quality. The research methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of employee performance data and qualitative assessments through surveys and interviews. By analyzing training programs' effectiveness and employees' perceptions, the study aims to provide insights into the relationship between training and development initiatives and organizational success. The findings of this study are expected to highlight the benefits of investing in manpower training and development in service organizations. Improved employee skills and knowledge are likely to lead to enhanced service delivery, customer satisfaction, and organizational performance. Additionally, the research aims to identify any challenges or barriers that may hinder the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for overcoming these obstacles. Overall, this research project seeks to contribute to the existing literature on manpower training and development in service organizations by offering empirical evidence of the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational outcomes. The findings are expected to be valuable for service organizations looking to optimize their training and development strategies to achieve competitive advantage and long-term success in the dynamic business environment.
