In an era characterized by rapid technological advancement and increasing reliance on innovative startup ecosystems, the organizational culture within tech startups has emerged as a critical determinant of employee well-being, yet remains underexplored empirically. This study aims to investigate the influence of workplace culture on employee well-being in tech startups, with specific objectives to identify key cultural dimensions impacting well-being, examine the mediating role of job satisfaction and organizational support, and assess differences based on demographic variables. The research adopts a quantitative, cross-sectional survey design, targeting a population of 250 employees across fifteen tech startups within a metropolitan innovation district. A stratified random sampling technique was employed to select 150 participants, ensuring representation across roles, tenure, and demographic backgrounds. Data collection instruments include a structured questionnaire comprising validated scales such as the Organizational Culture Profile (OCP), the Well-Being at Work Scale (WWWS), and supplementary measures of job satisfaction and perceived organizational support.
