This study investigates the impact of these platforms on political participation levels among urban residents in a comparable democratic context, aiming to provide empirically grounded insights into their utility and influence. The primary objectives are to assess the extent to which digital civic engagement platforms enhance voter turnout, political awareness, policy advocacy, and grassroots mobilization, as well as to identify factors that mediate or moderate their impact on political behavior. Employing a mixed-methods research design, the study combines quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to ensure comprehensive data collection.
