Workplace injuries in manufacturing plants represent a significant challenge to employee health, operational efficiency, and organizational costs, necessitating effective rehabilitation strategies to facilitate timely recovery and reduce recurrence rates. Despite the widespread adoption of physiotherapy interventions within occupational health programs, there remains limited empirical evidence on their comparative effectiveness and optimal application in manufacturing contexts. This study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of physiotherapy interventions for workplace injuries within manufacturing plants, aiming to inform evidence-based practices that enhance recovery outcomes, reduce disability duration, and promote sustainable workforce health management. The specific objectives are to (1) assess the functional recovery outcomes of employees undergoing physiotherapy, (2) compare the effectiveness of different physiotherapy approaches (manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy) in improving post-injury functionality, and (3) identify key predictors of successful rehabilitation, including injury type, intervention duration, and employee demographic factors.
