Post-concussion dizziness is a prevalent and debilitating symptom experienced by adults following traumatic brain injuries, significantly impairing their functional capacity and quality of life. Despite the common implementation of vestibular rehabilitation (VR) as a therapeutic intervention, there remains limited empirical evidence quantifying its effectiveness specifically for post-concussion dizziness, necessitating rigorous investigation to inform clinical practice. The primary aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of vestibular rehabilitation in reducing dizziness severity and improving functional outcomes among adults with post-concussion symptoms. The specific objectives are to compare pre- and post-intervention dizziness levels, assess changes in balance and gait parameters, and explore patient-reported functional improvements following VR. This research adopts a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design involving a sample of 100 adult patients diagnosed with post-concussion dizziness attending outpatient physiotherapy clinics in metropolitan health facilities. Participants are recruited through stratified random sampling to ensure representation across age, gender, and injury severity.
