The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has brought about significant advancements in various aspects of human society. However, along with these advancements, ethical concerns surrounding the use and impact of AI have also emerged. This thesis delves into the exploration of the ethics of artificial intelligence and its implications for human society. The study aims to critically analyze the ethical considerations involved in the development, deployment, and utilization of AI technologies and to investigate how these technologies affect individuals, communities, and society as a whole. Chapter One provides a comprehensive introduction to the research, presenting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance of the study, structure of the thesis, and definition of terms. The chapter sets the foundation for the subsequent chapters by outlining the research framework and objectives. Chapter Two comprises a detailed literature review that examines existing scholarly works, theories, and empirical studies related to the ethics of artificial intelligence.
