The field of drug delivery systems has emerged as a promising strategy to enhance the efficacy and minimize the side effects of anticancer agents. This thesis focuses on the development of novel drug delivery systems for targeted cancer therapy. The aim is to design delivery systems that can specifically target cancer cells while sparing healthy tissues, thereby improving treatment outcomes. The introduction provides a comprehensive overview of the background of the study, highlighting the current challenges in cancer treatment and the potential of targeted drug delivery systems to address these challenges.
