Cancer remains a significant global health challenge, with targeted therapy emerging as a promising approach to improve treatment outcomes. This thesis focuses on the development and evaluation of novel drug delivery systems for targeted cancer therapy. The research aims to address the limitations of current cancer treatment strategies by designing drug delivery systems that enhance targeted delivery to cancer cells while minimizing off-target effects. The introduction provides a comprehensive overview of the background of the study, highlighting the importance of targeted drug delivery in improving cancer treatment efficacy. The problem statement emphasizes the need for innovative drug delivery systems to overcome existing challenges in cancer therapy, such as drug resistance and systemic toxicity.
