This thesis aimed to investigate the drug utilization patterns and adherence to treatment guidelines in a community pharmacy setting. The research methodology involved a comprehensive review of literature to establish the current knowledge in this area, followed by the collection and analysis of data from a sample of community pharmacies. The findings of this study shed light on the various factors influencing drug utilization patterns and guideline adherence, including patient demographics, prescriber habits, and pharmacy practices.
