This retrospective study aimed to analyze the prevalence and clinical implications of drug interactions in polypharmacy patients. Polypharmacy, defined as the concurrent use of multiple medications by an individual, is a common practice in healthcare, especially among the elderly population and those with multiple chronic conditions. The study employed a retrospective design, utilizing medical records of polypharmacy patients over a specified period. A total of [insert number] patient records were included in the analysis.
