Thesis Abstract

Abstract
This research project aims to investigate the impact of training on the performance of secretaries within organizations. Secretaries play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth functioning of an office environment. However, the importance of training for secretaries is often overlooked, leading to potential gaps in their skills and knowledge. This study seeks to address this gap by examining the effects of training on the performance of secretaries. The research will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from both secretaries and their supervisors. The quantitative surveys will assess the level of training received by secretaries, their perceived skill levels, and their performance outcomes. On the other hand, qualitative interviews will provide in-depth insights into the specific training needs of secretaries and how training has influenced their performance in practice. The findings of this study are expected to shed light on the importance of training for secretaries and its impact on their performance within organizations. By understanding the specific training needs of secretaries and their perceived skill levels, organizations can tailor training programs to enhance their performance and productivity. Additionally, supervisors can provide targeted support and feedback to help secretaries apply their training effectively in their daily tasks. Overall, this research project aims to contribute to the existing literature on the role of training in enhancing the performance of secretaries. By demonstrating the positive impact of training on secretaries' performance, this study can inform organizational practices and policies regarding the professional development of administrative staff. Ultimately, investing in training for secretaries can lead to improved efficiency, job satisfaction, and overall organizational success.
