This research project aims to explore the impact of human relations skills on the job performance of secretaries. The role of secretaries within organizations is crucial as they serve as a bridge between management, staff, and external stakeholders. Human relations skills are essential for secretaries to effectively communicate, collaborate, and build relationships in the workplace. The study will investigate how human relations skills such as interpersonal communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence influence the job performance of secretaries. The research will be conducted using a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. A questionnaire will be administered to secretaries in various organizations to gather data on their human relations skills, job performance, and demographic information. In-depth interviews will be conducted with a subset of participants to gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between human relations skills and job performance. The data collected will be analyzed using statistical techniques such as correlation analysis and regression analysis to determine the extent to which human relations skills impact the job performance of secretaries. The qualitative data from interviews will be thematically analyzed to provide insights into the experiences and perceptions of secretaries regarding the importance of human relations skills in their role. The findings of this research will contribute to the existing literature on the role of human relations skills in the workplace, particularly for secretaries.
