This research project aims to investigate the possession of poor communication skills by secretaries working in government establishments. The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and interviews to collect data on the communication skills of secretaries. The research will focus on identifying common communication challenges faced by secretaries in government establishments, such as lack of clarity, ineffective listening, and poor written communication.
