This thesis presents a comprehensive study on the implementation of a Document Management System (DMS) to enhance office efficiency. The rapid digitization of information and the increasing volume of documents in modern offices have necessitated the adoption of efficient systems to manage, store, and retrieve documents. The primary objective of this research is to investigate the impact of implementing a DMS on office efficiency and productivity. The study focuses on understanding the current document management practices in offices, identifying the challenges faced, and proposing a DMS solution to address these issues. The research methodology employed in this study includes a thorough literature review to explore existing knowledge on document management systems, their benefits, and best practices. A mixed-method approach comprising qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques is utilized to gather information on the current document management processes in selected office settings.
