Despite widespread adoption, there remains limited empirical evidence quantifying the impact of DDMS on office efficiency across different operational contexts within multinational corporations. This study aims to examine the extent to which digital document management influences office productivity and operational effectiveness in multinational firms. The specific objectives are to assess the relationship between DDMS implementation and document retrieval speed, to evaluate the impact on administrative task completion time, and to identify organizational factors moderating this relationship.
