This research project aims to identify the specific ICT competencies that are required by office managers working in financial institutions. The study will explore the various areas of ICT that are crucial for office managers to possess in order to excel in their roles within the financial sector. The research will utilize a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Semi-structured interviews will be conducted with office managers from different financial institutions to gather insights into the specific ICT competencies they consider essential for their roles.
