This study seeks to empirically assess the influence of digital office technologies—such as cloud collaboration platforms, document management systems, and communication tools—on employee productivity levels, with the aim of providing evidence-based insights for organizational decision-makers. The research is driven by the need to understand whether the integration and utilization of these digital tools directly correlate with enhanced or diminished productivity, thereby informing effective digital transformation strategies in corporate settings. The specific objectives of the study are to identify the extent of digital office tool adoption among employees, measure the perceived and actual impacts on productivity, examine moderating factors such as employee ICT proficiency and organizational support, and develop a predictive model of digital tool utilization and productivity outcomes. The primary research questions include What is the relationship between digital office tool usage and employee productivity?
