This study aims to develop a comprehensive framework to enhance digital literacy among office workers by identifying key factors influencing digital skill acquisition and proposing targeted interventions. The specific objectives are to evaluate the current levels of digital literacy, examine the determinants affecting digital competency development, identify perceived barriers to acquiring digital skills, and formulate an evidence-based framework for effective digital literacy enhancement. In conclusion, the study underscores the critical need for structured digital literacy initiatives within office environments, recommending organizations prioritize investment in continuous learning programs, integrate digital competence into personnel development strategies, and cultivate a supportive technological culture. Future research directions include longitudinal evaluations of framework implementation impact and exploration of digital literacy development in remote and hybrid work models, thereby broadening the scope and applicability of the findings across diverse organizational contexts.
