The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of various plant extracts against drug-resistant strains of bacteria and determine their mechanisms of action. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research, highlighting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. The literature review in Chapter Two presents a comprehensive analysis of existing studies on natural plant extracts and their antimicrobial activities against drug-resistant bacteria. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology, including the selection of plant extracts, preparation of experimental samples, bacterial strains used, testing procedures, data analysis methods, and ethical considerations.
