This study seeks to comprehensively evaluate the impact of library outreach programs in underserved communities, addressing their effectiveness in promoting literacy, education, and community engagement, as well as their influence on access to information and social inclusion.</div><div>The research will draw upon a theoretical framework and existing literature to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of libraries in community outreach and the potential impact of outreach programs on underserved communities. By employing a mixed-methods approach, this study aims to gather insights from community members, program participants, and library professionals to assess the outcomes and challenges of library outreach initiatives.</div><div>The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the ongoing discourse on the effectiveness of library outreach programs in underserved communities, providing valuable insights for library practitioners, community organizers, and policymakers seeking to optimize support for underserved populations. Ultimately, this study aims to offer recommendations for enhancing outreach programs and addressing the unique needs of underserved communities, thereby advancing the mission of libraries to serve as inclusive and accessible hubs of knowledge and community engagement.</div> <br><p></p>
