AbstractPublic relations (PR) practice is crucial for university libraries to communicate effectively with their stakeholders and the public. This study investigates the strategies and challenges faced by university libraries in their PR efforts. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and content analysis of PR materials. The findings reveal that university libraries utilize various strategies such as social media, events, and collaborations to engage with their communities. However, they also encounter challenges such as limited resources, lack of staff expertise, and difficulties in measuring the impact of PR activities. The study highlights the importance of tailored PR strategies for university libraries to enhance their visibility and relevance in an increasingly digital and competitive environment.
