Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to investigate the pivotal role of libraries in promoting information access for people with disabilities. The study will explore the initiatives, services, and resources implemented by libraries to facilitate equitable access to information for individuals with disabilities. By employing a mixed-methods approach, the research seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives, identify challenges, and propose strategies for enhancing information access for people with disabilities within library environments.
