User satisfaction plays a crucial role in the success and utilization of these systems, as satisfied users are more likely to engage with the resources and services provided by the library. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence user satisfaction with electronic resource management systems in academic libraries, with a specific focus on user experience, system functionality, content accessibility, and technical support. The research methodology includes a comprehensive literature review to explore existing studies on user satisfaction with electronic resource management systems in academic libraries.
