The implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies in manufacturing companies has gained significant attention in recent years due to its proven ability to enhance productivity and reduce waste. This study explores the application of Lean Six Sigma in a manufacturing company with the aim of improving operational efficiency and overall performance. The primary objective of this research is to investigate the impact of Lean Six Sigma implementation on productivity enhancement and waste reduction within the manufacturing processes. Chapter One provides an introduction to the study, including the background of the research, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of terms. Chapter Two presents a comprehensive literature review on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, productivity improvement strategies, waste reduction techniques, and previous studies related to the topic. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology adopted for this study, including research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and ethical considerations.
