Abstract
The study aimed to conduct an appraisal of the activities and management methods of the Anammco Workers Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques. Data were collected through interviews, surveys, and document analysis. The study found that the Anammco Workers Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society has been instrumental in providing various financial and social benefits to its members. The cooperative engages in various activities such as savings and credit schemes, investment opportunities, and social welfare programs. The management methods of the cooperative were found to be effective in ensuring transparency, accountability, and member participation. However, the study also identified areas for improvement, including the need for better record-keeping practices, enhanced communication strategies, and increased training for cooperative members. Overall, the research provides valuable insights into the operations of the Anammco Workers Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society and offers recommendations for enhancing its activities and management methods.
