The rapid shift to remote work within the technology sector has transformed traditional workplace dynamics, raising questions about its impact on employee engagement and productivity. This study investigates the extent to which remote work influences these key organizational outcomes in tech firms, with a focus on identifying the mechanisms that mediate and moderate this relationship. The primary aim is to evaluate how the adoption of remote work arrangements affects employee engagement and productivity levels, contributing to organizational effectiveness and competitive advantage. The specific objectives include (1) assessing the correlation between remote work and employee engagement, (2) examining the relationship between remote work and employee productivity, (3) exploring moderating factors such as technological support and organizational culture, and (4) identifying potential challenges and benefits associated with remote work implementation. The research adopts a quantitative, cross-sectional survey design to achieve its objectives. The population comprises 1,200 employees working in mid-to-large-sized tech companies operating in metropolitan regions.
